Hi Alan, I’m glad you love the idea. Please check my responses below to address your questions. a)Pocketcloud can back up multiple docks at the same time. Currently, it only supports backup and does not support synchronization. You can selectively back up. In the future, we will evaluate the demand for synchronization functions to determine whether synchronization functions need to be added. b)PocketCloud's mobile app supports local use, so even without support from the device manufacturer, you can use all functions except remote access. Initializing PocketCloud, has two options: 1. Use the mobile app to configure 2.Connect pocketcloud to the dock and use the Windows application to configure through the IP address of the wired network. c)Except for remote access, all functions of Pocketcloud are used locally. d)Encrypted space: Asymmetric encryption of files. Even if the m.2 is removed, it cannot be read without the password. e)PocketCloud can be connected to a computer using the USB-C port as a normal USB storage device. Let me know if you need any further clarifications!

Hi Adam, great questions! SSD Compatibility: PocketCloud supports 2280 SSDs and is compatible with both PCIe 3.0 & 4.0. However, due to its ARM architecture, speeds will be limited to PCIe 3.0 performance. NAS & Streaming: Yes, PocketCloud can function as a stationary NAS connected via Ethernet or WiFi. It supports TV devices, allowing you to stream videos and movies over your local network (LAN). Let us know if you need more details! 😊

Hi Jieqin, thanks for your interest in StationCloud/StationOS! 1. We are currently evaluating Docker integration and will provide updates as soon as we have more information. 2. While we have built-in file synchronization and remote access functions, we will assess whether additional support for Tailscale or Syncthing is needed based on user demand. 3. Regarding SD card speeds, yes, PocketCloud is limited to 59MB/s read and 58MB/s write, so even if you use a high-speed SD card like the SanDisk Extreme, its performance will be capped at these speeds. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi Michael, you can expand your storage by connecting an external drive via the USB-A port. However, the external hard disk function is primarily limited to file viewing and backup. The PocketCloud USB-A interface provides 5V/1.2A, which is sufficient for most 2.5 HDDs. However, due to power limitations, it typically supports only one hard disk at a time. If you need to connect multiple devices, please consider using a USB hub with an independent power supply.
