Hi Daniel, yes, you can access PocketCloud at home via an external internet connection while you’re not home, as long as it is connected to your home Wi-Fi. Your device does not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network as PocketCloud, allowing you to manage your files and backups remotely.

Hi Thiago, PocketCloud does support custom backup rules that allow you to create copies for different cards. Currently, PocketCloud uses incremental backup, which means you may need to create a new directory based on the backup time and back up all of them. Your suggestion about including custom presets for different equipment is very valuable, and we will definitely consider adding it to our development plan. Hi Mohan, yes, you can’t install it with a heat sink. However, PocketCloud has fans for active cooling, and the dock comes with its own heat sink. So, you don’t need to add an extra heat sink to ensure long-term stable operation.
