Hey Robert - You can adjust the tightness of the kydex sheath by loosening the retention screws on the sides. If you have any specific questions about the sheath or want a different configuration of sheath custom made you can contact the custom sheath maker who's business card was in the package or you can contact him through his website www.justholsterit.com

Hey Christian - I'm a bit confused... custom kydex sheaths are made by molding a sheet of carbon fiber onto the kydex and then shaped into the desired configuration.
