Dr. Walter L. Rosado is the author of Without Grit; A Military Officer’s Odyssey Transforming the State Guard During a Global Pandemic (2023), Without Fear; A Soldier’s Memoir of Sacrifice, Love, Tragedy and Triumph in Central Iraq (2017), and Without Hope; A Missionary’s Reflections on Leadership, Love, Faith, and Service in Haiti (2019). He is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran of overseas military operations under the Global War on Terrorism, including the Iraq Campaign. His military awards include the Honorable Order of Saint Maurice, the Army Combat Action Badge, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Ohio National Guard Distinguished Service Medal. Dr. Rosado currently works as a business management consultant. He holds a Ph.D. from Robert Morris University, a M.S. from Duquesne University, and a B.A. from Thiel College. He resides with his wife and children at their home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
