Biography
Rex Foster is a spiritual seeker, researcher, and retreat facilitator who is committed to deepening spirituality and strengthening communities through research and teaching. Rex has facilitated numerous workshops and retreats on topics related to contemplative spirituality and mindfulness. He has also worked with churches, Fortune 500 companies, and community-based organizations in areas including strategic planning, community engagement, and participatory action research. Rex is the creator of Stations of the Heart, an interactive contemplative experience inspired by 12 original works of art, brought to life in partnership with papercut artist Annie Howe and designer Jennifer Pavlovitz.
