;) There may be so more surprises, yet. If you go to my store on drivethrurpg you can get two isometric maps for free right now! - CZ

Hello William, For this project I designed all the maps. I wouldn't call myself a digital artist, but I'm hoping to get there. I use Inkarnate pro and GIMP to create all the maps. I'm hoping over time that my GIMP skills will continue to improve because that's where the real magic happens. Inkarnate is great and I will continue to promote it, but there are few things it can't do. Shading and lighting are difficult to get just right. Depth is also tricky. Status Effect Games started as a two man team. For now, I'm running it solo. So everything from the Kickstarter Page to the social media accounts, maps, etc... are all my doing. I also work a 9 to 5 job to pay the bills. SEG has hired artists in the past and may do so in our future (especially if I launch my RPG module.) But that's still to come. We may also relaunch, or independently publish, our boardgame "Hit City Hustle." We hired an artist to create all of the characters for that game. You can check those projects out on our website: www.statuseffectgamesllc.com Thanks for the question. Phew. Sorry about the long answer. Chris Z

Thank you so much. That means a lot!

Can you keep a secret? I'm trying to go live on Monday Oct. 5th. I feel like November and December are hard months for Kickstarters, but working a 9 to 5 has delayed this project. I'm trying to get all my ads ready to release in October. Keep following... the early birds will be worth it, I promise.

Thank you. That means a lot. I'm working on some similar map projects now. Hopefully, they'll be ready to release soon. Thank you for your support.

Nope. Files should be updated automatically. You will have to redownload them though. The adventure hooks I just added should appear in the zipped folder marked stretch goals. If you already downloaded the files to your computer, you can go back into drivethru and redownload them (copy over your originals.) If I make any improvements in the future all owners of the files will be made aware via email. Let me know if you can't access something for some reason. It's a lot of files. For future projects, I may dump all the images into one large pdf, but there are problems with that delivery method, too. If anyone has any suggestions about anything I can do better in the future... let me know. I'd really love to keep doing projects like this. I don't mind criticism if it helps me to improve! Chris Z

Yes. Once I got used to the interface it was easy. I hope everyone will appreciate this solution! Plus, it will be easy to upload future projects to drivethru. Thanks for the suggestion. - cz

Thank you for the suggestion. I am planning on getting my content on DrivethruRPG. I initially uploaded to Kickstarter because I'm familiar with how it works. I will be ready to expand into other markets soon. First, I want to make sure everyone gets their reward for Map Pack One. If it is available later on drivethru, I'll let everyone know with an update. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Thank you. I have some top down battle maps planned. I'll try to match some up to Map Pack One. I think my next map pack will have a majority of battle maps. Keep following!

Update on the update: Map Pack One files were sent using We Transfer on 7/3/20 in the A.M. to all backers that do not have a gmail account. Check the email you provided in the reward survey for the link. If anyone hasn't received the initial file dump (reg. size maps with and without grid and adventure hooks.) let me know via kickstarter direct message or email me at [email protected] I'm still waiting on 4 reward surveys. Please finish your survey to receive your rewards. Phew. Now that that's done I'm going to finish exporting the extra large maps as different file formats. Hopefully those will be done within the week. After that, the bonus stretch goals. Thanks, Chris Z PS If you message me during the day and I do not reply... please be aware I still work a 9 to 5 job during the day. I mostly respond to messages in the early A.M. or late P.M. I promise I will get to any problems as quick as I am able. Thank you for your consideration.
