You should be able complete the survey without entering anything in the question box. Unfortunately, Kickstarter doesn't allow me to see a preview of the exact survey page, so I don't know the precise wording beyond what I wrote. If you PM me a screen cap of the survey page, I can advise.

Thanks! Not sure about separate parts. I think it might undermine the 'print it out, plonk it on a figure' focus of the set, as significant modification would be required to use the beret or cap on any other head. But it's unlikely to be very long before a full set of military heads is available.
