Yes, if a blue card is a debit or credit card it can be used to make the payment. During the Statuesque shop checkout, when redirected to the Paypal payment page, click 'Pay be credit or debit card' rather than logging in to Paypal. Don't forget to click 'Complete your order' when redirected back to the Statuesque shop.
