Thanks Leib! I'm afraid there won't be a painted option. I'm too slow a painter so it wouldn't really be viable. However, the paint job is fairly simple so shouldn't be too hard to do something similar for yourself. I'd be happy to go through how I painted them. :)

Hello everyone. The Kickstarter continues to make great progress; I'm so grateful to all the backers. I had hoped to post an update today with the penguin painted, but he needs a coat of varnish so that will have to wait until tomorrow. @wouter: Sounds good. I hadn't heard of that RPG, I'll have to check it out. @Denise: That's great! I'm so pleased it inspired you to write something. The Statuesque Asylum range and the Left at the Bottom of the Garden range are both inspired by where I live, in the overgrown, tumbledown grounds of an old Victorian asylum. So both ranges are coming from the same place.
