HI! If you uploaded photos by connecting your computer to the NAS using U drive mode, you may need to manually refresh the index for the AI to start analyzing and recognizing content such as people, places, or scenes. Please note: If your disk encryption is enabled, the AI may not be able to access the files to perform analysis, which would also prevent it from detecting any people, places, or situations.
