1. The USB-C port only supports power supply or USB drive mode (for connecting to computers/phones). External hard drives must be connected via the USB-A port, and this limitation cannot be fixed via firmware updates. 2. MKV format is supported by the device. We will conduct a re-test to identify the cause of the issue. Meanwhile, could you let us know how you imported your video files to PocketCloud? This will facilitate our testing. 3. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused! Our system is equipped with a hard drive detection mechanism — if the hard drive format is incompatible, it will prompt you to manually confirm whether to format it.
