John and AM you are not understanding apparently. We didn’t populate phony USPS numbers nor do we have that capability with the Backerkit software that integrates directly with our USPS account. These are real tracking numbers that might not show tracking movement either because we haven’t yet shipped that batch of packages that we pre-printed the labels for or that we did ship those pieces already and the post office hasn’t scanned them in yet due to their backlog.

KCCO35, Instead of making assumptions, please understand there's a lot of variables which are out of our control. A package (label) can be in the possession of USPS and not be scanned. We clearly stated this and USPS has confirmed this is currently the case, it's not blaming anyone... Again, they are experiencing 4x typical volume, and while people will be angry regardless, there's nothing we can do about the current state of USPS / FedEx. We've stated from the beginning of the campaign that estimated delivery is May 2020, and its the middle of May... 1000's of orders have already been received by backers.

Hi KCCO35, We spoke to the post office a couple days ago regarding why people haven’t seen tracking movement and they said they’re getting 4x their normal amount of mail and packages (not just because of us) and they’re very behind in scanning them in and shipping them out. We imagine this is the case with most mail carriers right now. Please understand this isn't "dodgy service we're running", we have no direct control over FedEx / USPS.

Hey Tina, We’ve shipped all different order sizes but haven’t gotten to all the backers yet. We’re working through the weekend and at least a thousand more will be getting locked down with tracking info every day with the same amount of orders being shipped out.
