Hi Bineesh, Our prices were actually low on Kickstarter and we even included the free keychain ($10 value). if you're comparing our U.S. made brass pieces to the cheap knockoffs made with aluminum + lead (even those claiming to be brass) then yes, you can always buy those 4 for $10 but this is a classic example of getting what you pay for! As far as VAT, we don't have any control over what duties your country charges for importing goods. If you're saying this is your second time ordering anything from the U.S. and are surprised again that your country charges import duties then I would agree that you might want to only back Kickstarter campaigns that ship from your country as we have no control over that. Hey Christopher, We responded to every comment you made actually! As per USPS the parcel has been scanned as leaving the USPS and now if there is a delay in scanning the package in your country it is because your country's postal service is very backed up along with the rest of the world! If you check here it shows how France is experiencing severe delays due to staffing and on 6/8 they said they would "resume" delivery of parcels which means they held parcels back for awhile and are now trying to just catch up! https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/france.htm This is a worldwide epidemic and EVERY postal service around the world is affected. I understand you are frustrated that it's taking a long time but please try to be patient as I'm sure your postal service is doing the best they can under these trying circumstances.

We have spoken to USPS about these delays we've been seeing for quite a few of our international shipments with the last tracking showing at the Jamaica Distribution Center or at JFK Airport and they said many are just being sent out to the destination countries without being scanned again in the U.S. but that they are all on the way....although it seems pretty much every postal service around the world is experiencing many delays now.
