Hey Matthew, I actually prefer a smooth deployment and closing from ball bearings and comfortable thumb studs to spring-assisted opening. Also in some areas like NYC where we are spring-assisted is still considered illegal.

TC - In all honesty I can tell you that even our UK dealers aren’t completely sure what the law is there anymore regarding knives! We do ship our knives to the UK regularly but I am not familiar with their particular carry laws. Sorry!

Hi Derek and TC, We’re happy you joined us too! We’re planning on early December shipping for all backers but of course shipping time varies by location. We are working on having expedited shipping options available for Canada and other countries in the survey after the campaign ends for small extra fees just to cover some of the cost to switch from USPS first class to either USPS priority or to Fedex.

We can get anything done, heck we can make bright purple handles but the only issue is if we can have them in time for early December fulfillment. Kelland-Does seem like a nice match but that would require us to meet an additional MOQ (minimum order quantity) just for that variation and would likely extend our production time past our expected shipping date. If we can get it done we will but we can’t promise it right now.
