Hey Mitchell, Looks like you originally had some payment issue on Kickstarter but then immediately got it cleared up which we appreciate! The only issue is that Kickstarter doesn't integrate updated payments with Backerkit for a few days so we're actively trying to work up a solution for all those who initially had failed payments on Kickstarter and then had it corrected but still didn't receive the surveys. We'll be updating you about this in the upcoming days and rest assured we'll work something out for you! Thanks

Hey guys, We're super excited about them too! :) We are starting the actual shipping this afternoon but it will take about a week as we have different inbound shipments of inventory coming in every couple of days so your particular order will be shipped..... within the next week but we don't have an exact date for each order yet. Hi everyone - If you can't find the survey email you can access your survey here: https://ausus.backerkit.com/ If your credit card did not go through on the Kickstarter platform you can work that out with Kickstarter and it will take a few days but it will then let backerkit know that your payment was accepted and you will then get access to your survey. Thanks!

Hey Ron, Check your spam folder and also double check that your payment to Kickstarter went through. If it didn’t go through then Backerkit will hold the survey until it’s cleared. A few people found that their credit card company put a hold until it is verified that it’s not fraud. This time of year....
