Hey Abdallah, We're sorry you're not happy with the tweezers. Of course having them made form titanium does mean they require a bit more pressure to squeeze than your average tweezers. If you had any issues with the Pocket Lumen, other than it was made in China, yu could always have contacted us and we would have stood behind the product and promptly replaced it. We have an excellent reputation On Kickstarter and in the regular retail market for excellent quality and customer service. Although we often first launch new products on Kickstarter to help with the initial production we are not just creating products for crowdfunding as you have claimed since our products are sold by many reputable retailers around the world.
