Hey Mike, This isn't a Fedex delay this is because we had pre-printed the labels, as mentioned. As of yesterday we had packaged and given Fedex about 75% of the 10 packs with the rest going out within the next day or so and as far as we know Fedex doesn't have any major delays just a day or so added on each service option. Thanks for your patience!

Hey Kyle, Again, we never blamed USPS for all the delays and have told everyone numerous times that we pre-printed the labels and that there wouldn’t be movement for a bit. We don’t have to schedule USPS pickups as we get daily truck pickups for dozens of mailbags and shipping bins that are both palletized. More than one Postal service worker had told us that the station is days behind on sorting these bins.

Roy, If two weeks seems like a long time to pack and ship 11,000 orders we’d love to hear your thoughts on getting it done faster. Sounds like you have a lot of shipping experience we can learn from! As far as us giving shady excuses - to be quite honest we don’t feel as if we owe any excuses at this point as our fulfillment target was May and at least here in NY it’s only May 18th. We get that people are excited, as are we but for the 63rd time I’ll remind you that we did say we were pre-printing labels ahead of time and never said that a label created the 5th was still sitting at USPS. Our initial printing of labels was for 40% of the backers and of those 85% have been picked up by USPS already. We’ve followed up on many that were picked by USPS almost a week ago and were told that they are over a week behind. We’re continuing to print the remaining orders as well as to finish shipping the pre-printed orders and are looking great for every order to be shipped out in May as hoped. Thanks for your wonderful patience!

Hi Wm, A package (label) can be in the possession of USPS and not be scanned. We don't know the day-to-day of USPS, and can only assume that certain order batches are being affected by the backlog on their end. Again, they told us they're experiencing 4x typical volume, and are understaffed due to Covid, which is why they're experiencing a higher volume. Please remember we stated from the beginning of the campaign that estimated delivery is May 2020, and its the middle of May... 1000's of orders have already been received by backers. We will continue updating everyone whenever we know something new, and/or if anything changes. We're doing everything we can on our end.
