Hi James, It's very possible that your shipment was among the last batch picked up this past Monday. Many of those still haven't shown any tracking movement but i will say that one of our backers in that group just messaged me that her package finally showed that it was checked in by USPS at 2:00 AM this morning so apparently the USPS is working overtime to try to catch up with the delay. Hopefully it will show some progress soon!

Thomas we don’t blame people for asking at all just for overly obnoxious remarks or claiming that we were deceptive or a scam - because it took a whole month to fulfill 11,000 orders. Anyway, back to your question - There is no one picking up the phone at our local USPS facility - which is not abnormal for that location unfortunately but when I asked the USPS pickup driver yesterday about the hold up of items picked up on Monday he just laughed - which isn’t the best sign. I then went to ask another company nearby that also gets pickups and they said they’re seeing the same problem with no movement for many days so it sounds like we just have to give them time to let them do their thing. These days - especially in NY city, it’s very hard to get things moving so I would assume they’re working with a lot less people like everyone else here. Even our Amazon Prime orders that normally take two days in NY City has turned into two to three weeks for most of our orders of supplies etc.

Elaine, Sorry for the false fulfillment completion status - but not sure who you think we were trying to fool by sending out tracking numbers early since we mentioned it on EVERY post-campaign update. We chose to send tracking as we printed because we thought fulfillment would go much faster than it has but we’re still satisfied that we got every package out by June 1st.

Hillary- Actually ordering from the website is obviously more expensive than the Kickstarter price plus only Kickstarter backers got the free carabiner which is not a cheap promo item but an actual $10 keychain! And if by “jumping through hoops” to get your order you mean filling out a survey and just waiting.... then yeah, it was pretty rough! Sorry your first Kickstarter experience was a negative one because your order came literally a month after the campaign ended!

Thanks Atatlanta! You’re exactly right about each point and we’ve stated all those points as well in previous comments but nevertheless many seem to disregard the facts and choose to believe that they are always being slighted or that we’re out to scam everyone!
