Hi, I think you would get the best response by contacting your local mail service with the USPS tracking number to find out why it's still in customs. Please message us if there is some added documentation needed to clear it.

Actually if you check your tracking you'd see that it has been slowly making it's way to you with the last scan at the airport over a week ago so it should be out to you soon. So, scam or just your lack of ability to search tracking correctly? hmmm....
