Hi, just sent you an email.

Hey Christopher, First off we have ZERO record of any emails from you to StatGear. As we mentioned on your last comment also claiming you were scammed, your package has shown movement since June 2nd with the latest scan on June 8th saying it left the U.S. via JFK airport. If you think we enlisted the USPS to help make a fake tracking number and then make fake scans showing it progress through NY to make it out of the airport then you really give us too much credit! I'm sure all your other shipments are coming fully on time without any delays due to covid19 and this is the only one that is taking awhile. I apologize that our postal service is slower these days and that your package is slow to get scanned in France. Apparently France didn't get our memo to keep the scam going by making fake scans showing it getting closer but hopefully they will do so quite soon.

Not sure why you don't see it. I see the tracking on USPS.com and it looks like it has arrived in Thailand three days ago so hopefully it'll make it's way to you shortly!

Hey Tine, HI, USPS won't give me any additional information that what is listed online from the tracking number. It's now in the hands of the postal service from Denmark that USPS hands it off to for the local delivery in your country. I would assume they are as backed up in your country as our postal service is here these days!

Hey, It weight 2 ounces.. I believe you are referring to copper which can easily tarnish but brass does not easily tarnish and many studies are stating that tarnishing or patina, does not adversely effect the antimicrobial properties of brass.

Hey Greg, You're comparing the cheap counterfeits made out of unknown metal (most have A LOT of lead in them from what we've seen) with our genuine U.S. made 100% brass pieces. You get what you pay for!
