Hi Jonathan, great question! Our $10,000 funding goal was determined based on the minimum order quantity needed to get the BitzBlade 2.0 produced. As black is always a more popular color it would need a much larger production order but we are hoping we can raise enough funding to offer a gunmetal gray option as a stretch goal. The specifics are being worked on and we'll let you know as soon as we can! Thanks for the support!

Hey Nathan, The main body is machined from aircraft grade aluminum. We'd also love a titanium version but it was deemed very difficult and cost prohibitive during the design and sample stages. Thanks for the comment!

Hi Samuel, Super easy to swap out the batteries by unscrewing the LED end of the tool. The LED uses 2 x CR927 batteries which are inexpensive and easy to find. Thanks for your support!

HI Wallydaniel - Thanks, so glad you like it! There will be a double sided sleeve for each of the two interchangeable blades/tools not stored within the BitBlade tool. This sleeve will be stored in the back section of the bits pouch. We'll post a pic on the campaign page shortly! Thanks for pointing out this omission!

Hi Chris - Good question! The TriTac is significantly taller than the BitzBlade 2.0 so it won't wit well in the sheath together. IN the BitzBlade sheath there is a long pocket to fit the BitzBlade 2.0 tool and a wider, shorter pocket to hold the bits/spare blades pouch.
