Hey Stacy, Looks like you originally had some payment issue on Kickstarter but then immediately got it cleared up which we appreciate! The only issue is that Kickstarter doesn't integrate updated payments with Backerkit for a few days so we're actively trying to work up a solution for all those who initially had failed payments on Kickstarter and then had it corrected but still didn't receive the surveys.
