Hey Matt, Glad you like it! Yeah slightly modifying that screw/ball bearing will def help that. There is a torx bit that size included but if you only have one BitzBlade you might have to use your fingers to hold the bit but it shouldn’t be too tight!

Hey Ry - Of course we did QA testing but as always there will be a few pieces here and there which need some slight tweaking but this issue with the ball bearing is a simple fix.. Actually tracking info says yours was delivered on the 8th. Please check... Thanks!

Key Mark, James Y & Christopher - We've had only a few messages about the tip being either too loose or too tight when trying to fit the window punch end into the body in order to use the bit holder. Basically that screw opposite the ball bearing needs to be removed and then you can loosen or tighten the ball bearing to make it fit to your liking.
