Hello Shu-pin once again. I’m sorry the refund hasn’t been sent yet. We are still trying to get tracking info from Fedex but it is proving quite difficult as they don’t save records from so long ago. We would have appreciated hearing that you never got your order over a year and a half ago when we shipped the orders out as that would have been easy to track. We’re waiting to hear back from our request and hope to hear from them any day. If they can’t produce the tracking info showing that it was delivered of course we’ll send you the refund again since originally it bounced back since your card has since expired. Thanks for your patience.

Yes Shu you’ve sent us about fifteen messages starting last week saying you never got your package almost two years after we’ve shipped it. Since it’s been so long we can’t even use the Fedex tracking info because they are not trackable after that amount of time. To be nice we assumed you were telling the truth so we sent a refund through Kickstarter which charges us on our credit card. Then after that you informed us that the card you originally used has since expired and you want us to pay through PayPal. This sounds like some sort of scam you’re trying to pull but as we’ve mentioned several times over the week, we’re investigating and will get back to you. You’re barrage of messages after a two year silence wont help speed up the process but no worries we’ll get it all checked out. Thanks!
