Hello all, Thanks to those offering all the positive vibes! As mentioned, we had fulfillment stated on the campaign to be in May and in the order to get things moving as fast as we can we started locking down orders and printing labels ahead of time to help get a head start. We’ve mentioned on the past few updates and a bunch of our comments that this was our process and to not panic if your survey isn’t yet locked or if you saw tracking that didn’t move yet. We have thousands of orders and we don’t print them in order of your order number. We’ve run MANY Kickstarter campaigns and have found the smoothest method is to lock down and print batches of hundreds or thousands by reward popularity. This makes packing thousands of mailers much simpler as we can focus for a couple days on only one packs, then two packs etc. We also bundle by location so we can assign the same shipping rates and carriers to 300 two packs shipping to Japan etc etc. We’re doing everything we can to ship everything as soon as possible including having full staff working throughout the weekends so we really hope you can all stay patient and not expect us to reply to every comment and message asking for an update on your specific order...yet. Of course we welcome your requests if you’re having a survey issue or if we say all packages are shipped and you still don’t see tracking movement but for the time being we’re chugging along at a steady pace and so far we’re right on schedule if not slightly ahead of our schedule.
