To be upset that your tracking hasn’t shown movement the last week is kinda ridiculous as we could have just waited to print labels an extra week thus pushing fulfillment back further. If you have backed other Kickstarter campaigns you would know that the average reward fulfillment is a few months because creators will wait two weeks for the funds to clear from Kickstarter and then place their production orders. We started our production even before the campaign ended and as we mentioned several times, we started printing labels almost immediately after most surveys were completed so we can organize them and get started on fulfillment but the printing process alone takes a few weeks as there are over 10k labels to print many with different item quantities being shipped so it takes a lot of prep time and organization to do it right. Yes many other companies have taken the idea and run with it and might even have comparable pricing and be able to ship faster but I personally can’t say what they’re quality is as I haven’t purchased those but I can tell you our brass and final production pieces are top quality, U.S. made and very solid! We also had our lowest prices for our Kickstarter backers and the retractable keychain carabiner isn’t a cheap overseas promo version that others might be offering but are also U.S. made and built to last! We have 40% of the Kickstarter orders already shipped with thousands more going out each week!
