Hi Wm, If you read through these comments, MANY people who backed through our Kickstarter campaign have received theirs - Kickstarter backers have priority. If you've read about how we've been shipping Kickstarter orders, we print in batches of 500, organizing them by quantity so that when they're packed to be shipped, there's less chance of error. We spoke to the post office yesterday regarding why people haven’t seen tracking movement and they said they’re getting 4x their normal amount of mail and packages (not just because of us) and they’re very behind in scanning them in and shipping them out. We imagine this is the case with most mail carriers right now. Please understand we have no direct control over FedEx / USPS.

Also, for this campaign, we used either FedEx or USPS depending on the total weight of the package and your location. If you received a FedEx tracking#, we found them to be the better option for you.

If you received a tracking#, but there hasn't been any updates/movement, we spoke to the post office yesterday regarding why people haven’t seen tracking movement and they said they’re getting 4x their normal amount of mail and packages (not just because of us) and they’re WAY BEHIND in checking them in and getting them out. We imagine this is the case with all mail carriers right now. We’ll keep pushing them out as fast as possible and hopefully they can catch up soon.
