Hi Sunny, Yes we're quite aware of the counterfeits and knock-offs that came out after our product was funded. There are crazy post office delays - which are in the news every day now... Your package was shipped in May and still shown no tracking so it must be one of the many that USPS has "misplaced" so I will be shipping it out again on the same tracking number since apparently it was never used!
