Hi Enache, The way it works for those whose initial payments didn’t clear on the Kickstarter platform is that Kickstarter will attempt to charge your card on file for up to fourteen days and after that 14 days your survey will become active. So unfortunately even if you changed your Kickstarter payment method after the second day after the campaign ended Backerkit can’t sync that payment until the 14 days is over. No worries in under two weeks we’ll get you that survey and get your rewards right out!
