Hi Susanna, Please keep in mind we're a small team fulfilling 11,000+ orders in the midst of a pandemic. What many people are unaware of is that we put up a portion of our own money to start production before Kickstarter even released funds to us, so that we could start shipping even sooner. In addition, we temporarily hired 4 more people to accelerate fulfillment. I mention this because we didn't have to do any of these things, but wanted to accelerate fulfillment as the typical Kickstarter fulfillment on average takes 2-4 months (it seems the majority of backers aren't aware of that). We realize there's an immediate need for the Hygiene Hand, so we stepped up operations where we could. We're not annoyed, we're working tirelessly. We just want backers to be more considerate of other backers (and us), as we're doing everything humanly possible. It's a shame you're thinking we're being "disingenuous" when we've done everything in our power to update everyone with complete transparency along this entire process. Most backers ask the same questions through comments without looking at the updates (which 99% of the time is where the answers will be).
