We spoke to the post office yesterday regarding why people haven’t seen tracking movement and they said they’re getting 4x their normal amount of mail and packages (not just because of us) and they’re WAY BEHIND in checking them in and getting them out. We’ll keep pushing them out as fast as possible and hope they can catch up soon.

Hi Geist, When using as a stylus did you try with the pointed horizontal end or did you use the flat portion of the extended tip? One of the main reasons we made the Hygiene Hand .25” thick is because we found this thickness was needed to provide the greatest surface area for many retail touchscreens to register it as a “finger” the small horizontal tip is thick enough but not wide enough which is why the stylus part is really that part sticking up that has our logo on it and you have to make sure the full thickness of the Hygiene Hand is flat against the screen. Then it should work as a charm!
