Hi Ryan, The Sparky's ARE super cool! The problem is a minimum order of these custom pieces has to be 500 so I can't just offer it as an add-on and have 20 orders for them. BUT let's see if we can get to $50k because I'd love to add them on! It's 440A which is a nice grade steel with the ability to hold an edge for utility purposes and is also strong enough to be sharpened over and over.

Hi Bruce, We're still looking at the idea but honestly we've thought of some safety drawbacks from having that option as well as issues which may come up structurally. Design possibilities include putting in a socket head screw and shoulder washer arrangement or by just threading it entirely through the body but any time you have a blade that's removable you run the risk of the blade loosening and removing itself... screws loosen, nuts fall out. We can try to mitigate that but it's always a possibility. We're still toying with some options but no final decision has been made as of yet. Of course a user's safety is our top priority!
