Hi TC - The knife blade will be sharp enough but I wouldn't recommend holding a knife blade by someone's body to cut their seatbelt. Check out our SuperVizor XT Auto Escape Tools! Cuts seatbelts and breaks windows and stays on your sun visor!! #shamelessplug

Hi Sean, I totally get where you're coming from. So this version let's you keep 1 double sided bit and 1 of the interchangeable blade/tool in the body. What you're proposing sounds great but in reality if we wanted it to hold more bits we'd lose the space for the window punch, blade or the components needed for the LED. It's always a tough decision on what is needed to be on a tool we're designing to keep it functional, useful and a practical size. What we could do is make different versions so for example one version could hold more bits but have no LED or no window punch. Something to consider... Thanks for the comment!

Hi Sean. I agree that there is no reason one would specifically reach past a full sized prybar to grab your BitzBlade prybar attachment out of your toolbox which is why this is meant to be your "Pocket Toolbox". Keep your BitzBlade in your pocket and the bits/tools in your bag; Keep the BitzBlade and tools in the sheath and keep the sheath in your bag/on your belt/in your car/in your kitchen drawer/in your bike bag...... See what I mean? ;) Thanks for the comment!

Hi Alexander - Excellent question. The short answer is no. The reason is because in order to have that you would need the knife section to open and then screw into the rest of the tool body and for that you'd need threading on the window punch end. If you have threading on the window punch end instead of the hex shape it is in now then whenever you'd try to use a driver bit to unscrew something the tip would then unscrew from the body. This is something we considered during the development but not possible. Thanks!

Hey Dave - great question! The nylon pouch is 6.2" long x 2.8" wide. A pocket clip is a great idea! We're working on that design now! Thanks for the support!
