Hey Aaron, It’s true, I spoke to the post office today to see why even many of our shipped packages haven’t seen tracking movement and they said they’re getting 4x their normal amount of mail and packages (not just because of us;) and they’re WAY BEHIND in checking them in and getting them out. Oh well! We’ll keep pushing them out as fast as possible and hope they can catch up!

I guess three weeks might seem like forever but I’d be very curious to know how many campaigns you’ve backed that shipped their rewards the first month after the campaign ended - especially if any of those campaigns had over 5000 backers let alone 10,000.

Hi Am & Brian, Did you see our latest update (#11)? If you received an email with tracking information and don't see movement, it's because we have printed the label, meaning it's ready for fulfillment which takes some time, OR, USPS has picked up the shipment and they are still moving very slowly due to being understaffed and overworked during this Covid19 pandemic and haven't yet scanned the pieces. We have no control over how fast USPS can ship orders.
