AM, When I said the people that are furious about fulfillment taking a full month after the campaign ends must be new to Kickstarter it wasn’t meant as an insult rather I would think people that have backed a few campaigns would understand and perhaps even appreciate how quick our fulfillment actually is! Of all your backed campaigns how many fulfilled within 30 or so days? I’ve backed MANY and I can count on one hand how many I’ve received within 60 days of the campaign ending!

To all commenting that you have received your Hygiene Hands, thanks for your support and stay safe! If you haven’t seen tracking movement yet, you should see shortly! For those furious that it’s been a whole month since the campaign ended and you don’t have what you wanted yet.... you must be quite new to Kickstarter and unfamiliar with what the platform really is. It’s not a store, it’s a crowdfunding community and releasing new products especially during these times is difficult. We estimated fulfillment in May (and June for some rewards) and we’re still in May. You’re furious because we recently started selling them on our website also? We had them pre-order only for the first few weeks after the campaign ended so we can focus on getting the pieces to our backers but now we have a team fulfilling our campaign orders and a smaller team fulfilling our website orders because the Hygiene Hand isn’t our only product and we have quite a few orders each day for our other gear. The fact that our web team gets their daily orders out faster than the team working on 30,000 Kickstarter pieces shouldn’t be that surprising. It’s not like we don’t have enough pieces in inventory it just takes time to do that many and as much as we have tried it’s not too easy getting new staff these days in NYC. All the pieces are going to be out any day! Thanks for your patience.

Hey AM, Thanks for the referrals! Yes we have the Hygiene Hands online but we aren’t actively advertising them yet as our main focus is getting our rewards out to our backers. The few orders we get do not significantly take away from any pieces needed for the campaign though. Of course they are also not getting the same pricing or free retractable keychains like our backers are. We stated fulfillment in May and that’s what we’re doing.
