@ Ryan - Great question! There's not much to show because the design upgrade is internal. We wanted to increase the bit retention and added a small inner lip inside the open bit chamber and modified the ball bearing depth on each included bit. Thanks!

Hi Ryan, We've recently updated some of the internal features of the BitzBlade to make the bit retention more secure so here's the timeline...we're expecting the new samples next week. Once approved we will begin production for the Kickstarter pledges. This should take about 3-4 weeks to manufacture. Then we will expedite shipping which will take about 1-2 weeks. Once received we have a team all ready to pack and ship. At this point it looks as if we'll be shipping out the rewards mid August but I try to be conservative in my timing estimates and it may be sooner but as always, some things are out of our control. Best case scenario we ship out first or second week in August. Worst case scenario we ship out end of August or early September. I'll of course keep everyone updated throughout the process. This is our first Kickstarter campaign which won't be delivered exactly as estimated on the campaign but we figured we'd rather have a superior product and take a bit longer than to rush and have a less superior product shipped out to you! Hi Bader. If you check the tracking number we sent it seems like it went off the radar mid-June but after speaking with the USPS they said that is not uncommon and that it can take more than 5 weeks to get to Bahrain. Please keep me posted!
