Hey Cartuyvels - Basically that screw opposite the ball bearing needs to be removed and then you can loosen or tighten the ball bearing to make it fit to your liking. nearly all the people with this issue were able to resolve it with this fix. Hi Playcol92 - We put this question in the FAQ's section... The Pocket Lumen takes 4x LR41 batteries which are pretty inexpensive. I just found an Amazon listing for 20 batteries for under $7! https://www.amazon.com/SR41SW-Button-Cell-Watch-Batteries/dp/B00LN6X3K4 The batteries should last for apx 15 hours of use.
