About this project
ZucatiCorp is pleased to launch our new line of metal dice. We call them EleMetals™ because they are made from some of the most unique and amazing metal elements on the planet. We've taken years of study, game play, customer feedback, and casual observation and rolled it all up into the EleMetals dice line.
From the size, to the shape, to the font we've specifically picked every single angle and dimension to provide you with the most amazing dice experience you've ever had.
NEWS AND UPDATES
In all pictures the larger dice are our standard 22mm scaled dice. They are shown for size comparison only and are not included with our 12mm Micro Dice.
BiFrost pledge level added
Just $125 for the set plus case.
New Damascus Type and pledge level
When I saw this material, I knew I had to make dice from it.
Expensive, yes, worth it. Totally
I've added a new polyhedral dice tier for this new material. I've never worked with this particular Damascus before so I have no finished examples, but its going to be epic. Pledge at the new Stainless Grid Damascus level ($2000) or add-on as you like for the same price.
D20's can be added on for $300 ea.
This will be in the post-campaign as a metal option for all dice.
NOTICE! The Ebony dice are 1st run with some kinks yet to be worked out of the production process. As such they are all "unique" and should not be considered perfect. They roll well and do not appear to be favoring any one side, but just be aware, they're going to have some flaws here and there as any 1st run product does before its perfected.
Ebony 3/4" pipped wood dice. 1st Run. Very limited.
The following section contains news and updates to the campaign that are pulled in from daily updates when important.

Elemental Facts and Information
Find all you could ever want to know in a paragraph or less on each of the elements and alloys we're using to make these amazing dice.
Niobium, formerly columbium, is a chemical element with symbol Nb (formerly Cb) and atomic number 41. It is a soft, grey, ductile transition metal.
Its name comes from Greek mythology, specifically Niobe, who was the daughter of Tantalus, the namesake of tantalum.
The German chemist Heinrich Rose determined in 1846 that tantalum ores contain a second element, which he named niobium.
The temperature stability of niobium-containing super-alloys is important for its use in jet and rocket engines. Niobium is used in various superconducting materials. These superconducting alloys, also containing titanium and tin, are widely used in the superconducting magnets of MRI scanners. Other applications of niobium include welding, nuclear industries, electronics, optics, numismatics, and jewelry. In the last two applications, the low toxicity and iridescence produced by anodization are highly desired properties.
Risks and challenges
Some of the risks involve getting the needed materials. In most cases I have the materials on-hand and ready to go. Risk Solved.
Some of the risks involve unforeseen machining sues and scheduling conflicts. I've got the time open on our machines and we've worked with all the needed material before, no surprises. Risk Solved.
We've completed more than 20 Kickstarters with hundreds and thousands of happy backers. We know what we're doing and we're good a it. Risk solved.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
