The Movie
ZOMBINATRIX is the hotly anticipated heavy metal horror film starring actress and scream queen, Bianca Allaine, and directed by award-winning filmmaker, Michael Kyne.
Synopsis: After Mistress Tawny (Bianca Allaine), a beautiful and popular dominatrix, is brutally murdered by an unsavory gang of thugs, she mysteriously rises from the grave to seek vengeance on her killers. As the supernatural ZOMBINATRIX, she takes great pleasure in incorporating her sadistic kinks into killing any poor soul who stands in her way. After all, she is into whips and BRAINS!

ZOMBINATRIX is a very stylized, sleek, and sexy horror film, which follows the story of a tantalizing zombie dominatrix. Our love of the horror films and heavy metal music of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s leaves an indelible mark on the aesthetics of our film, with elaborate costuming, striking locations, extravagant sets, and impeccable lighting.

However, this IS a zombie horror film, so expect to see ample amounts of blood, monsters, and classic practical special effects, including stop motion animation courtesy of award-winning and established artists like Webster Colcord and Ralph Cordero. AND, world famous album cover and illustrator Ed Repka (Megadeth, Death, NOFX, and MANY more!) has now joined our team!

MEET THE FILMMAKERS

Video Vamp, LLC is the film and video production company founded by husband and wife team, Michael Kyne and Bianca Allaine. Currently, they are producing their feature-length heavy metal, sleaze rock, and thrash-infused horror film, ZOMBINATRIX. Bianca Allaine stars as the title character- a wickedly tantalizing dominatrix who is resurrected from death to seek savage vengeance on her enemies. The film is co-written and directed by Michael Kyne.

MICHAEL KYNE- Director, Co-Writer

Michael Kyne is a professional historian and an award-winning filmmaker. Growing up in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, he was greatly influenced by the horror films, rock, and heavy metal music culture of the era.
Michael holds a Master of Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). He has over 10 years of filmmaking experience, beginning with special effects and prop making before transitioning into the world of art direction and production design. He has worked in all aspects of film and television production, both in front of and behind the camera. In a variety of locations management and art department roles, Michael has been responsible for the overall look of History Channel and Smithsonian Channel documentaries.
Michael incorporates the aesthetics of cult films, midnight movies, and exploitation into his own unique style of filmmaking. His short film, the erotic thriller Web of Deceit, was originally produced as an entry into the ABCs of Death 2 Search for the 26th Director competition. It placed 20th out of over 540 entries from all over the world and is currently available on Bloody Disgusting’s World of Death anthology.
Recently, Michael worked with Varla Dogwood films on several music documentaries, including Encore: The Hammerjacks Documentary and Can’t Stop the Show: The Return of Kix, which went to number one on the Billboard Top Music Video Sales chart.
BIANCA ALLAINE- Actress, Producer, Co-Writer

Bianca Allaine began her career as a print and runway model in her native Dallas, Texas. Growing up fascinated by the technicality, creativity, and artistic aspects of filmmaking, she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19 to pursue a career in movies. She was quickly signed with a talent agency and went on to work as a background actress in numerous music videos, commercials, television shows, and films.
Bianca soon began landing larger roles in independent films- most notably her standout role as the horribly mutated Pig Bitch in the cult horror movie, Albino Farm, alongside stars Chris Jericho, Richard Christy, and Duane Whitaker. Her performance garnered acclaim and she quickly became a name in the horror community as a popular scream queen.
In 2010, Bianca met future husband Michael Kyne when she was invited on as a guest to his popular radio show, Macabre Café. The couple married in 2011 and began collaborating on numerous projects, merging their unique creative styles and love of ‘80s heavy metal music and horror films.
With the love and support of Michael, Bianca began working more behind the camera as a writer, costumer, producer and set designer on their collaborative projects Watch These Films with Bianca Allaine, numerous Video Vamp short films, and the highly acclaimed, award-winning film, Web of Deceit.

And although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart has stopped beating and you were finally at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us that He only takes the best."

Risks and challenges
Hello, everyone! Bianca Allaine here to honestly and openly discuss the challenges and setbacks to ZOMBINATRIX that Michael and I have had to face over the past few years. This is the part of our story that I have had trouble discussing publicly because it is highly personal and I consider myself a sensitive and private person. In fact, writing this portion has been extremely difficult and emotionally draining for me. I won't deny that trying to talk about the last few years always leaves me in tears. But, I have always felt that being completely honest with people, no matter how painful or embarrassing it may be, is of utmost importance.
First, I'd like to say that having the courage to create and show your personal art to the world can be scary and always comes with risks. Pursuing your artistic dreams can often be equally challenging and rewarding. Michael and I first began the process of creating ZOMBINATRIX in 2015. The excitement of creating our own feature length film was electric and invigorating- probably, the most exciting time of my 20 year career of working in movies.
Little did we know that during filming, personal tragedies would change the trajectory of our journey. We now know firsthand that life can change drastically in the blink of an eye.
On March 11, 2016, Michael's father passed away from a very aggressive cancer, merely 3 days after his 58th birthday, and only months after he was diagnosed. We were by his side during his fight (and, boy, was he a fighter!), doing everything we could to bring what comfort we could. He was far too ill, though, and the outcome was inevitable. Along with family, we held his hand in hospice as he passed away.
We attempted to move forward after the heartbreaking loss, but filming again came to a standstill after our beloved Shih Tzu, Molly, became increasingly ill in December 2016 and was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. Michael and I considered our dogs, Molly and Dixie, the love of our lives. We did everything in our power to save our beautiful, sweet little angel, but her disease had progressed to the point she could no longer breathe outside of an oxygen chamber. On October 27, 2017, we made the agonizing decision to finally end her suffering after having her in my life for nearly 15 years. It was the worst day of our lives.
Just as I thought things couldn't get worse, life grew even darker. Only 7 months after Molly's passing, on May 30, 2018, we lost our beautiful Shih Tzu Dixie only days after her 17th birthday to cancer.
Needless to say, after these losses, our lives were left completely shattered. The suffering I continue to endure after the loss of both Dixie and Molly have affected me in ways I had never expected. I will be forever grateful for having them as shining beacons in my life, but I will never be the same person again. I fell into an even deeper depression and began having debilitating panic attacks like I've never experienced before.
Honestly, I was hesitant to even bother with our movie, but Michael lovingly encouraged me to continue. Some days are much more difficult than others, but we remain determined to finish our dream project, ZOMBINATRIX.
Since this is an independent movie, there may be more challenges along the way. However, Michael and I are completely committed to bringing you the BEST movie possible. We know you work very hard for your money and therefore we take our work very seriously. We believe that through hard work, creative solutions to challenges, and the love and support of you all, we will finish this movie through sheer determination and will-power. Of course, it will be much easier and quicker to finish if we have you all on board!
I want to thank you so much for reading this very personal portion of our story and for believing in and supporting our dream.
Much love and light,
Bianca Allaine and Michael Kyne
