"I’ve known Donald for a decade now... I was really excited to hear Zimmerman. The outcome is no less than expected!"
(Grammy nominated and 8 time Dove award winner)
"Donald's voice does not swim in currents of familiarity. It has a
uniqueness and depth that can only come from celebrating new life and
grieving in the depths of sorrow. This is the kind of artist I want to
call friend and the kind of music I want to scream loudly."
(Recording artist and producer, EMI/Sparrow)
“I love this record. He brought creativity that the world of
'worship music' needs and matched it with powerful and rich theology.”
(Worship Pastor at The Village Church Dallas, TX
...music is such an incredible carrier of story. Song can do things speaking can't. Music attaches itself to us differently. It's why Alzheimer's patients forget their own family members but don't forget the words and melodies of hymns from their childhood.
Music is powerful, but you have to know what you want to say. People can tell if you mean it, and that doesn't change if you add piano and guitars. So we write songs about what we see God doing in us and around us…right here in the biggest little city…Reno, NV.
...they think of nearby legal prostitution, and folks wasting their last precious years gambling. But in the shadows of casinos, there is something else happening.
When Jesus enters someone’s story, anything is possible. The isolated find community, the addicted find healing, the restless find purpose, marriages find love again and people live for something bigger than what they can wrap their arms around. We want to deliver some of what we’ve seen by making a record.
Normally, we'd tour to raise money for a studio project, but we've been busy investing in Living Stones, one of the fastest growing churches in the country. We've saved every dollar we've made the last couple years, but we still need help making this story happen.
...our faithful friends and fans an opportunity to pledge a dollar amount towards the total needed. Pledging is like giving us parts of a bike, that we can build together, so that we can deliver these songs.
If we raise the full amount by the deadline, then we make a new album, and you get a prize package to thank you for you coming along side us when we needed you most. Prizes include things like downloads of exclusive tracks, adventures with the band, house shows, and more…
Remember, if we don't get the total amount in time, no money or prizes exchange hands. If we raise more than we're shooting for, we'll roll the funds over into our next project, a compilation album with other bands from our community.
...but if can do more, please do. If you've been affected or encouraged by our music in the past, now is the time for you and make a real difference.
Join us in this chapter. Pledge today and help us deliver the story we have.

Risks and challenges
We already have a professional mixer in Nashville in mind, and will use the amazing Bob Boyd for mastering. That said, we have a few options for tracking. This way, if someone can't get us on their calendar, we have a back-up plan. If we have to leave the area, we have additional financial support to pay for transportation saved.
We have been planning this for two years so if any of our previous 4 projects are an indication, we are in great shape to charge ahead.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
