Where there's a will, there's a way!

Attention Backers!

It’s been awhile since our last hopeful update at the end of our Kickstarter campaign and thanks to all of your comments, feedback and support we are still here and more motivated than ever to make this game a reality.

We’ve been working our butts off since then and we are hugely proud and excited to announce that Interstellar Marines has been released on Steam Early Access!

We’ve created a new video that highlights exactly what to expect from Interstellar Marines on Steam, including all our ambitious plans and ideas for the future:

Where there's a will, there's a way

Creating Interstellar Marines has been a helluva ride so far, and is still far from over, but we’re on the right track and we’re extremely excited to invite you on our journey to create the game of our dreams – one update at a time.

Check out our new "home away from home" on Steam!

Your team at Zero Point Software

      But what about GNU/Linux ?

@Hoder Jensen: he's probably talking about buying the game directly from Zero Point Software, not Kickstarter.

    4. Hoder Jensen on July 6, 2013

@T. Taylor Kickstarter for this game was unsuccessful, so you didn't buy it via KS.

Guess it's too late to get that Kickstarter rewards. :(

Any non-steam version of the game?

    7. Thane Armbruster on July 5, 2013

So, umm. is it too late to buy the "trilogy edition"? I know for a little while one could buy all the future games and I'm still interested.

Feels odd commenting on Kickstarter again (Our home for one of the craziest months in our journey so far). Thank you all for being so awesome! Carsten you should login to show our backers that you're an "insider monkey"! :)

For the love of the game,

Bought. There's not much in there for me now, as I'm only interested in single player... but I'm glad for the opportunity to support you guys. :)

    10. Vinzius on July 4, 2013

      Bought it :)

    11. Hoder Jensen on July 4, 2013

Awesome! You should add Steam trading cards, it's quite popular and adds some more attention to the game.

The pledge you on the Kickstarter project haven't been drawn from your credit card since the campaign didn't reach its goal. But if you already purchased the game on than you can just use the key you got in your profile on Steam and get access right away :-)

Great to see you back with the project guys! I'm wondering how much of the originally planned rpg or even single player will be in the game for the future?

@TheGamingViking you didn't payed anything on kickstarter as the its funding was unsuccessful in the end. Therefore you also won't get a key bur have to purchase it on steam. It was also possible to buy it from the interstellar marines webpage directly after the kickstarter failed for a (too high imo) price.

Since the Kickstarter was unsuccessful no money changed hands, so you haven't lost any money nor bought the game.

    18. ThomasN on July 4, 2013

Here is the thing: I don't have nor want steam.

    19. TheGamingViking on July 4, 2013

so are the kickstarter people getting a key for early access or are you saying that the people that bought this game on kickstarter will not get early access becaus they did not wait until it got on steam. I paid just as much as the people on steam can. so if this is the case the i feel kinda screwed.

Yes you can purchase and play the game on Steam now :-)

      / Bozar

    21. Vinzius on July 4, 2013

Is it possible to get a steam get to play the game? Or do we have to wait until the early access is finished?

    22. Typhi on July 4, 2013

Awesomeeeee! Good to hear from you guys again! ^^
