Secrets From the Past #2

Greetings Kickstarters,

They say Interstellar Marines has been a long time in development – and boy are they right!

Join us in a trip down memory lane, as we experience the second video in our series of secret videos from the past, never released publicly before:

First Animatic of Legacy Trailer

This animatic was created in August 2005, a few months into the production of our first Interstellar Marines trailer.

It was a marathon production and was an unbelievable strain on all four guys involved. Only love for the game and the potential kept us going, but when it was finally released by May 2006, it took us from Zero to Hero and generated an unimaginable amount of hype around Interstellar Marines:

Legacy Trailer

This is the final (legacy) trailer that the world eventually saw in May 2006.

In many respects this was the video that kicked off the Interstellar Marines franchise in the public eye and – despite a few aging models and animations – we still think it accurately portrays the kind of sci-fi universe that we're aiming for:

Stay tuned for more secrets from the old archives!

@Owen: Yes absolutely. Just click the "manage your pledge" button on the top right of the page, and input the higher tier pledge amount (important: don't change from the $125 tier). So input $150 for the Helmet tier for example.

Thanks so much, it was mind-blowing to see the animatic... Wow! The game keeps evolving, somewhat like the Marines as they undergo their training and gain experience in missions.
I want to upgrade past $125 - any possibility of offering the physical Bullseye pin as an add-on to higher pledges? Can we see what the pin will be like? It sounds nice, I get the feeling I want one, even though I haven't seen it yet. I also want to upgrade and get the in-game helmet. Any way of getting both? Thanks.
