Yoto update: We've signed a deal with HarperCollins - one of the biggest Children's book publishers in the world!
This is the first of several updates that we'll be sending over the next few days (including updated info on manufacturing and shipping).
We're very pleased to announce that we've signed a deal with HarperCollins, one of the world's largest publishers, to bring Judith Kerr's Mog series to Yoto. Mog is a perennial kids favourite character and will be brought to life on Yoto with a series of stories and activities for your family to enjoy.
What's more is that we also negotiated the right to include one of the Mog stories for free in the Yoto Starter Pack so that all of our Backers will get a Mog card out-of-the-box.
The Mog and the Baby Yoto card is an unabridged audio version of the story wonderfully performed by the late Andrew Sachs of Fawlty Towers fame.
Mog's peaceful day is shattered when a baby comes to visit. All Mog wants to do is sleep and play but there is no chance of that with a little baby around! "Mog loves babies," says Mrs Thomas but suddenly Mog isn't quite so sure...
We'll also have Mog's ABC and Mog's Christmas available for sale and many more to come. We really hope you enjoy these Yoto cards!
Here's the full press release as well:
