I have already helped thousands of beginner and experienced yogis engage with their yoga practice in my studio classes, with my corporate clients, and with my instructional yoga pose cards - the YOGA DECK. Now I want to bring the YOGA DECK sequences to life, so you can practice with me visually in the comfort of your own home or local gym.
My yoga community have told me that they are time poor, so the yoga practices are 30 minutes or shorter. If you want a longer practices you can join two practices together, and I'll give you some ideas of which practices go well together.
My students have also told me they want to access the videos online (web-based) and on a mobile app - so I have selected Vimeo to host my videos.
I am filming a set of yoga videos based on the sequences in the YOGA DECK. These sequences have been specifically designed, each with a theme or purpose. I have sequences to
* help you sleep better
* release tired muscles after running
* improve your focus
* relax and restore
* energise and exercise your physical body
and many more.
You don't need to have the YOGA DECK to use the videos - however if you do have the YOGA DECK at home you'll be able to enjoy the even more detailed instructional cues in each pose card.
I don't mind if you can't touch your toes - these videos will give you options to move your body regardless of your flexibility. Saying you're not flexible enough to do yoga, is like saying you're too dirty to have a shower! You've just got to start somewhere. You'll enjoy the clear instructional style of the videos, and you'll feel comfortable continuing your yoga practice with me.
WHO AM I?
I'm a full-time corporate project manager, mum of two young boys, certified yoga & meditation teacher, and I'm about to crack the big 4-0! Yoga has changed the way my body, mind and soul have evolved. This simple practice of coming to a yoga mat, taking time for myself, and moving my body, has transformed my mindset and my physical body. I want to share that with you.

Risks and challenges
Minimal risks, as the video content will be based off the already published Yoga Deck cards. A videographer has been selected, dates set for filming, and a location confirmed.
Video editor has been booked, and they will also manage the technical aspects of uploading the videos to web & app (Vimeo).
