Two guys run a bike shop and face hurdles in the store and on the road. Read the adventures of Yehuda Moon in beautiful full-color books (and get a Kickstand Cyclery water bottle and sticker too!)
We've offered 'Yehuda Moon & The Kickstand Cyclery' Volumes 1 - 5 as successful Kickstarter projects in the past and we're here to do it again with the new Volume 6 that includes never-seen-before strips from 2015 and 2016 and a reprinted Volume 5 that collects comics from 2012!
Each book is between 80 and 96 pages and is in full color with scored notched (perfect) binding. Each book features extras like history behind the strip, comics that ran in Bicycle Times magazine, character sketches and more.
We're finishing the comics for Volume 6 this Spring and will go to print and ship them in June. Along the way, we'll post new comics online. Your pledge supports the comic and gets you a copy of the book and if you'd like, Volume 5 as well (it's been out of print for years). We also have pledge levels for a custom Kickstand 'Fyclery' water bottle perfect for your rides. To round out the package, we're throwing in a 'To the Moon in 2016' election sticker!
Volume 6: The new sixth album of collected comic strips contains 220 strips never published online. Some strips will run from December, 2015 through May 2016 at yehudamoon.com and on facebook.com/yehudamoon and twitter.com/yehudamoon.
Volume 5: The fifth album of collected comic strips contains 220 strips from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. The crew get to build racing frames for Fabio Cavelossim, Yehuda gets Idle Crossing into cycling, and the year finishes with a run in with Nanny State.
Volume 1: The first album of collected comic strips contains nearly 350 strips from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Meet the gang at the Kickstand Cyclery: Yehuda's the utilitarian advocate; Joe's the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and cycling mom.
Volume 2: The second album of collected comic strips contains nearly 320 strips from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Meet Sister Sprocket, Kevlar Bead (the owner of Rival Cycles), Sweetroll, and read the 'Arborium' and 'Sidewalk' stories.
Volume 3: The third album of collected comic strips contains nearly 350 strips from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. After being driven off the road, Yehuda mends a broken wing, gets a new bicycle, leads a Vehicular Cycling class, plays bike polo, and hosts the open house to end all open houses.
Volume 4: The fourth album of collected comic strips contains nearly 300 strips from January 1, 2011 through October 6, 2011. Joe works for Rival Cycles, Thistle commutes to a cubicle job, Yehuda is up to his usual advocacy hijinx and the Kickstand Cyclery is once more in danger.
Each pledge comes with a Kickstand Cyclery water bottle that might just be a little too meta for its own good. You be the judge:
The water bottle's design is based on this comic from March 12, 2012:
A 'To the Moon in 2016' election sticker is included with every pledge. A Kickstand Cyclery bookmark is also included. Each book measures 8" x 10", is in full color and has between 80 and 96 pages (220 - 360 comics per book). Cardstock cover.
Now including an embroidered Walz cap with every order!
Everyone who pledges gets a free Walz Cap embroidered with the Yehuda Moon 'To the Moon' election emblem! Thanks to Walz Caps, makers of the classic American cap, this is no longer a stretch goal!
The books and Walz caps will ship to you by June, 2016. The water bottles and stickers will ship to you in December, 2015.
Thank you for pledging!

Risks and challenges
With two successfully funded Kickstarter projects under our belt, readers know we deliver on the goods:
We printed five books with a printer we have a relationship with and delivered books to all our readers weeks ahead of schedule.
The risk is making sure the printer receives the PDF pages for the fifth and sixth volumes on time so that printing and delivery can take place before the promised June 2016 due date. The content is written and being drawn, and based on the recent projects, we should have no problem completing this task.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
