A few house keeping items
Collecting pledges and what to do if collection fails Over the next 24 hours Kickstarter will have charged your credit card and collected your pledge. It’s possible that your credit card provider may decline payment. This can happen because of an old or expired credit card, insufficient funds, or safety measures that may require you contacting your card provider before payment can be completed. If this happens, Kickstarter will send an automatic email alerting you. It is important to resolve these errors quickly, so we can move forward with style/color selection and shipping details.
If you pledge has not been processed yet, you can return to your kickstarter account and update your credit card information. You can do so on the pledge page and will have till next Friday to do so. For further help Kickstarter provides this FAQ. If you have any questions about this, you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have sent out a preliminary survey to all our backers asking for some basic info. You may send your answers to us directly of Kickstarter or by email at email@example.com
