Recently hemmed my suit pants and started wearing regularly.
The suit lives up - even if the campaign was a little bit bumpy. But all’s well that ends well.
I’d be very interested to purchase more if they’re offered at KS prices. Would it be possible to extend that to backers?

I received my suit about 2 months ago and have put it to good use. I do like it. Just wondering if it's possible to order a few more pairs of pants. Also do you offer an similar price for backers wanting to purchase additional product?

I still haven’t received an email with a tracking number for my suit?
I've just received a tracking number for my replacement jacket.
It seems like things are going more smoothly now that the bulk of backers have received their pledges.
So where do you plan to go from here, XYZ group? While the fulfillment process was quite messy, you do have a quality product on hand. Any plans to extend the business?

I returned the xsuit jacket for an exchange to china. Is anyone else having trouble with them not receiving the package?
Same here - I get the item is being processed and to be patient. I sent another email today reminding me to be patient and told them to remember to change July to August.
@Sylvain I’m in the same boat as you sadly. It looks like they don’t have any left and are waiting for us to forget about it... I’m close to asking for a refund as they are refusing to deliver.
Am I the only one who has been jerked around by these guys with countless emails saying my suit HAS been shipped (almost on a weekly basis) only to now come up with a bull story about warehouse issues? They are now saying next month! Its ridiculous. Has anyone requested a refund yet? I'm pretty much at that stage.
Adhering confirming the trouser and jacket sizes, I am still waiting to receive the tracing number.
After 2 month delay of re-sending me the correct trousers just got asked again about my size and style ordered. It seems a never ending story and very soon 1 year delay of original pledged delivery date.

Initial measurements date: July 31 2017
Estimated delivery: Oct 2017
Nov 23, 2017: X Suit team asked for another set of measurements. A few days later I filled out the form.
Jan 15, 2018: X Suit team email starts with: "We're getting close to shipping out your X Suit"
April 8, 2018: After a long and patient wait I contacted you to get information about new estimation for delivery (which the X Suit team failed to give)
April 10, 2018: X Suit team response: "We were began to ship two weeks ago /--/ You’ll receive a tracking number once we shipped your suit out."
May 8, 2018: Another month - asked for information about new estimation for delivery (which the X Suit team failed to give)
May 10, 2018: X Suit team claims that: "Your pant size is not available right now. Because these sizes were added after our first production, and were not planned, your delivery timeline has been skewed, and the final date of shipment will be pushed back. We will update you as soon as we can with more information regarding the shipment of your size." STALLING!?
May 14, 2018: X Suit team wrote:"We are looking to resolve your sizing issue and offer a solution to receive your X Suit" and gave me three options (1. stick with the available size; 2. gift the TWO SUITS to someone; 3. a refund minus some fees)
May 14: 2018: Tho I am a bit surprised that this issue was not detected earlier, as I did provide the measurements months ago, I asked for additional information about the measurements that I provided because I did not write down the info I submitted and they asked if the submitted info was correct. "Please send me the numbers and ALL THE ANSWERS that I provided on the last survey and I will go over them and confirm if they are correct."
May 21, 2018: X Suit team:"We apologize for the mixed up. Your order is in our shipping process. /--/ You’ll receive a tracking number once we shipped your suit out."
June 14, 2018: Another 3 weeks have passed and no tracking info whatsoever! I contacted the X Suit team about this.
July 3, 2018: X Suit team's email "KS Backers: Last change to save on your X Suit!". Really ?! Are you kidding ?!
July 7, 2018: Another 3 weeks and I've heard nothing about my suit like they promised. Again I asked them for information about the shipping.
July 9, 2018: X Suit team: "We are shipping today and in the next coming week! You’ll receive a tracking number once we shipped out your suit."
Today, July 23, 2018: ANOTHER 2 WEEKS! When are you going to stop with the lies?! Pleas quit stalling and give us ons concrete date to look forward!

Hi. I keep getting updates that you're shipping but I have not received any communication about my order. I understand you probably ship in batches but any idea or schedule that you can release?
Suit has just arrived and looks really good. But you have not included my X Tee in the parcel. I have received only jacket, pants and travel bag, even though i've pledged for 345$. What makes me super pissed is that you've made me pay customs for a full package (including Tee) but you didn't actually put it in. Can you please send once again. I would be very disappointed if i have to pay customs once again for the same stuff.
But as i say, the product itself is of great quality and looks fantastic.

Finally got my X Suit after the long wait.
Overall very pleased. The packaging looks premium and not that of a start-up.
Suit fit is fantastic, better than what I’m used to from off the rack, and the stretch is great though you’ll only really feel it if you’re wearing a t-shirt or loose shirt. I guess we’ll have to wait for them to launch some stretch shirts.
Liquid repellency works well though need to do some more intensive testings as I only poured some water on it.
My suit did arrive with some creases though I went against what they said and ironed it which got them out.
They definitely need to get their customer service game up though i’m sure selling a suit with 30 sizes and trying to get measurements right was not an easy feat.
All in all good product, glad I finally received my suit and looking forward to what they’ll be coming up next!

I still have not heard back regarding the refund for the promised suit you cannot make for me.
It was definately known that you cannot make tall enough suit for a month now. I was promised refund many many times by email before that.
Come on now, why, other then taking my money for 11 months, you make me spend so much time chasing you?

I have received about a half dozen of varying versions of this:

If you didn’t receive your tracking number means that we didn’t ship out your suit.
All of your information is confirmed. We’ll ship out your suit soon!

Even when I asked for some specific idea of when they expected to ship the and called them out for sending the very same email 5 times... they sent a slightly more *pointed?* email, but as usual, a void of information.
I was told they'd ship in order of pledge placement. Does anyone have any idea of where they are in that queue? Or was that hose job too?
