Pick Your Path is a beautifully designed series of action-packed non-linear micro-stories presented in a micro booklet format. Or to put it simply, mini-Choose-Your-Own-Adventures!
Each choice at the end of the section can be decided by the spin of a coin, injecting an element of chance into the game. Either download a Print and Play file or get yours delivered to your door, these unique puzzle pamphlets are for solo players and fold down to the size of a credit card to fit in your wallet.
If you grab the physical version of the Pick Your Path, you'll instantly get the Print and Play version delivered to your inbox! Wooo!
Introducing our three different flavours:
HORROR: Fresh Meat
Your town is being attacked by zombies; do you fight the evil undead, or stay and defend your burger van?
SCI-FI: Moon Unit
Aliens are taking over your moon base and you must fight them the only way you know how – by flipping a coin.
You hold in your hand the one thing that can save the kingdoms, but not everyone is pleased to see you...
About the Author
I grew up with Choose Your Own Adventure books. They were revolutionary; worlds within the pages of a cheap paperback which would bend and shift with every choice that I made. As a grown-up, the choices I make are either arbitrary or deadly serious – white bread or brown? Mortgage or rent? I wanted to inject some of that CYOA fun into my life – so I came up with Pick Your Path.
I'm a full time writer with 12 traditionally published books out in bookshops around the world. Check me out on http://danmetcalf.co.uk for details of my books and grab some freebies while you're there.
This project originally ran from 1st Feb to 1st March 2017 but narrowly missed its target. I've reviewed and rebudgeted and have come up with a new target. Time for a relaunch!

How does Print and Play work?
After the campaign finishes, you'll get a survey asking you which Pick Your Path games you want. We'll then send you an email with the appropriate link. You can then print the PDF file and fold using the instructions enclosed, or take a look at the video below:
Risks and challenges
All the PnP files have been created and the stories written. If anyone is in any doubt over the quality of the writing, I should say that I am a full time writer with 12 traditionally published books to my name (check out my books at danmetcalf.co.uk) and the stories have been test-read by a group of readers.
The printers have a great track record in producing these type of booklets so I have every confidence in them.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
