A year ago today....
Well now, a year ago today my lovely little game, Woolley Mountain, that was then only a twinkle in my binary eye, was funded on Kickstarter to the tune of just under £10,000.
'Twas a glorious day and a fine way to cap off an arduous month off kickstarting and raising funds (raising hell would have been easier!).
And, what can I say after a year of working on Woolley? Well... I have finally completed Act 2, that is now perfectly playable and completable!!! Phew... that took a while, and why? Because it is far larger and detailed than I previously set it out to be. In fact, it is bigger than Act 1! So, that is good news for all you guys, as this game has most definitely got bigger and bigger!
The guys at HUEY GAMES have been integral in their feedback and ideas toward the game, which in turn, are making the game better and better. I am so excited to be working with them, and will be heading up to Manchester to spend a whole day playing through Acts 1 and 2.
So, no rest for the wicked, on to tweaking 2.5 (which is pretty much done too, it's the dream sequence, which was a lot of fun to design and draw. By the next update, 2,5 will be done, and then I will be on part 3! Holy Macaroni, we are getting closer to finishing the game (Although there is a part 3.5 and 4 to do...sheesh)
Anyway, no teasers this week, as I don't want to spoil any surprises!
I will speak soon my lovelies. And next update I'll show you some magic!
