A wonderful day at Edgewood, our organic farmers in Big Indian, Ny. They have been producing our food for years, the produce and herbs are out of this world. Our grandmother's would be proud for sure. Heaven just heaven.
Hopefully, we will be on the road by the spring and bring some of that goodness to you. Who knows, maybe even show you how to grow it yourself, or how to sustain your self as a farmer, maybe even share a meal on the farm..
